It's hard to know who to trust online. Everyone is selling something. Even I one day hope to mentor some of you. There are fake gurus out there that claim to know how to teach airbnb, business, and real estate. Phonies like Chi Ta trying to sell his course BNB university or Brian Page trying to sell BNB formula. Inexperienced hosts like Stayly with only a few properties and a year of airbnb experience, they claim to make millions on airbnb bust don't reveal those million are all course sales that come from ad campaign and a free webinar that they misrepresent as a paid webinar that is free just for you. Coaches with No airbnb arbitrage or business leaderhip experience like Robuilt. There are no-name hosts with barely any properties trying to claim they're successful, such as vacation rental machine or bnb riches, or the 10xbnb system. None of these "gurus" have a decade and a half of sales experience or business leadership under their belt in addition to having over 100 properties. Sean, it is long time doing airbnb without tourist license in another country, here is the question, after all my experience, I would love to receive some tips (even paying, of course) to find good countries and locations to buy some property and work as a host legally, with all the permits, in a tourist area, in my actual city, it is impossible. Greetings from Spain.

HELP I was a super host I had 7 units Airbnb deleted 5 of them Now I have a bunch of leases with no income. This happened because I hired bad cleaners and didn't train or manage them to the best of my abilities because I didn't think the bar for listing removal was so low. I could turn it around 100% if I had a 2nd chance

I'm extraordinarily stressed that whole trying to sleep with a pit in your stomach scenario. Your response was much appreciated They were not duplicated listings. I was essentially flying my quality plane as low as "safely" possible to make as much money as possible and i essentially crashed into a mountain lol I've been watching you for years Your stuff works phenomenally. While flying my plane low I learned... It goes like 3x3x3 If you get three ratings three stars or less, you get a small suspension like 5 days If you get three of those suspensions you get your listing removed. I failed to detect the time frame for all of this I'm guessing it heals but I don't know if it's a season or a year but I could look into that One on one would be good but I don't know what venue you suggest for that. I've been heavily considering cracking super host for a while. But the ROI of this business model is so high that it actually battles with the benefits of your cracking super host. A lot of Ma and Pa shops have some sort of payment plans or something. Maybe you can get some sort of contract Loan program going to increase your future student base. But yeah what venue do you recommend helping me out at
