According to me, I am a nail biter and wants to grow nails. So what she means by growing nails overnight is that even if I bite my nails and sleep next day it would be grown a bit but using these tips it would speed u. So it won't be like hers overnight but in a week there will be difference.

@@Omnihiloyeah clear nails mean they’re hydrated but white nail tips mean ur nails are healthy too thats why so many ppl have natural white nail tips

steps for long and healthy nails : 1-put lemon or orange everyday for 5 minutes and then take wash your nails in warm water for 2-3 minutes 2-take garlic + olive oil after rubbing wash your nails with soap and water 3-take out hot water and then squeeze half a lemon into the hot water and but your nails inside for 5 mins 4-take garlic and rub it all over your nails and then sleep warning ! (do this step at night not in the morning )

Ofc you have to keep it because washing it off went do anything and if you are going to sleep make sure to put it 5 or 4 hours before so it won’t affect you while sleeping ( smell, and oily hair and stuff )

I tried it with expired olive oil and expired coconut oil, but this still worked with them but then whenever I put my nails and water, my nails is completely clear😭😭😭😭😭
