Remember to stay consistent with your hair regimen, and you will see great results!
-You are loved by God.
-Love and embrace yourself to the fullest.
-Practice good vibrations daily (Think about the positive emotions that make you feel good✨)
-Don’t forget to meditate and surround yourself with people who love you and nature.
What grows hair?
✅Commitment
✅Consistency
✅Care (being extremely gentle)
✅Cleansing (solid scalp and hair cleansing regimen)
✅Crops (crops (vegetables), overall diet, ample water
Hair is constantly growing, but must be maintained to thrive. (Cleansing, grooming)
I have used these ingredients to help me achieve waist length hair. In addition, you must keep your hair in protective styles (twists, braids) for long periods of time. (3 - 4 weeks at a time etc) practice gratefulness, positive mindset, excellent diet, proper sleep, consistency, exercise, gentle detangling, no heat at all (my experience), daily oiling of hair ends , deep scalp massage, diy natural mild shampoos and deeply moisturizing diy conditioners, practice mindfulness and lower stress. The results are my own. All results vary. Hair does not grow long overnight. Average hair growth is 6 inches a year. I started my natural hair journey 10 years ago but had many setbacks as it took many years of research and trial and error to find methods/products that worked for me. Of the 10 years, it took me roughly 4 years to achieve waist length hair.
More insight: I’m a non-smoker and do not drink alcoholic beverages, nor do I take any medications.

Key oils for retaining nail length: Avocado and/or Olive oil Key practice: Limit nail polish remover use and harsh nail polish Don’t use nails as tools File in one direction Check in on nails 2x a week (catch splits before nail breaks)

It’s nearly impossible to find a salon that files in one direction or in the other acceptable manner, so I find myself going to my own salon. One thing I noticed is a nail break at the beginning of the tip of the nail do you ever repair yours or just start over by cutting?

I used to love watching videos like this. I grow my nails as well. I don't think the natural nail movement is as popular as it once was unfortunately. Many people now opt for nail enhancements! Thank you for the tips!

I love how you always touch on the global wellness when it comes to beauty. It shows that we won't have to run for quick fixes if we put in the work, consistency and discipline with set goals. Thank you Tia! I have stopped polish too because just like you, I realized that after removing it my nails were really really dry both at the touch and at the look. Your advice is always trustworthy.❤

Yes! The nail polish remover was too drying. After I stopped using that, my nails weren’t brittle anymore. I’m glad your nails are healthier now too💕 Aw thanks!!🙏🏽

I suffered from a nail fungus after visiting a salon 2 years ago and my nails took a year to recover. Since then i started doing them myself and noticed a shift. They would grow so long but they’d be hard. So then I stopped polishing them and have just done light filing and oiling and they’ve become much more flexible. I think if I toook your tips of not opening boxes, and upped my nutrition that would take them to the next level ❤ Your nails are gorgeous as are you 💕💕

Just healing my nails and getting back on the natural nail journey after a sudden onset of the early signs of a gel allergy. Thankfully none of my nails got so bad that they threatened to come off my fingers like I’ve seen in others. However, they were in the worst, most atrocious shape my nails have ever been in, in my entire life. They’d been left paper thin and painful, I had hardened, excessive growth of the proximal nail fold and over growing cuticles. And the skin under some of my nails was thickened, hardened & DRY as ever. I knew I had to stop using gel before this got ANY worse. But I also couldn’t let these extremely fragile, vulnerable, severely damaged nails be open and unprotected, so I turned to acrylic… Thankfully, my fingers/nails showed absolutely no sign of an allergy to acrylic. I was able to wear acrylics for the past couple of months until quite a bit of the damage grew out. I did minimal prep on the regrowth as not to damage that, because who cares if the acrylics came off?!! They weren’t being used for cosmetics, they were merely being used for the protection the hardness of acrylic can offer. I could always redo an acrylic nail, so adhesion wasn’t my priority. But now I am finally at the point of no longer needing an added layer of protection. My nails are short but stronger than they’ve been since I started messing with artificial nails extension products 4 years ago. I do have more healing to do, because what I failed to mention above is that when I started having the earliest signs of the gel allergy I just thought my cuticles were dry and hard and that led me to mindlessly picking them, but which became obsessively relentless. Many years ago I used to be a terrible nail biter and this whole situation brought me right back to indulging in that nasty habit, but just the cuticles this time, not the nail’s themselves. However, that did damage to my nails too. I have quite a few nails that the side walls are still suffering from my having dug down the sides of my nails while picking my cuticles and skin around me nails, sliming and restricting growth on some nails on the sides. Thats also almost grown back to normal now too since I’ve stopped picking at the cuticles since they’re no longer dry hard overgrown a driving me crazy. I think another month of weekly gentle manicures, keeping my hands & cuticles well hydrated and keeping the nails short will suffice. After that I can try to grow some length so that my nails will have some integrity to sustain it. Until then, I’m babying my nails and not messing with any chemicals but the old tried & true traditional nail polish.
