I made my husband watch this video this morning and told him we are going to Home Depot today to get me some PVC pipe because I am planting some purple hull peas today and can't bend over anymore to do all that. Thanks for the great tip! Now ai just need to find this awesome belt!

We've never been much for butter beans, but I'm thinking that's because they came from a can. Fresh might be totally different. thanks Hollis for showing us how you do it.

I just planted some of the speckled butter beans. I hope they come up. I also planted some kentucky wonder bush and pole beans. I made a tee pee out of the red poles or stakes from lowes. I can't wait for them to grow. Have you ever planted scarlet runners? I am going to try some of them too.

OH WOW!! Im in the Ocala National Forest, and the Lake Loclussa area is beautiful! I have visited Virginia many times when my family and I lived in Roanoke Rapids NC for about a year. Being from the Jax area, I know you get the frustrations of heat and humidity!! Wondering where I can buy some speakled butter bean seeds my papal used to go far out in the country to get and then a real old general store hope I can find some I love those suckers but store bought and can I definitely not the same as freash

+Wayne Leviner I do not add anything to the soil for my beans. No inoculants or fertilizer. My soil has plenty of Nitrogen and if I add anything to boost all I get is massive growth with no blooms this no beans. I sow my seeds and leave the rest up to God and He has blessed us with beautiful harvests each year😇
