Wow when I watch you I feel like I am right there with you. Your background is great especially with the cattle in the background, do you process your own beef? Also you look so familiar to me were you in the Army and stationed in Germany or FT Campbell Kentucky?

Thank you for watching and for your kind comments! We process some of our own, but mainly hogs and chickens. No, I wasn’t in the service….thank you for yours though!

Bruh, you babied that beautiful 2"+ Ribeye with a handle. That's one of the prettiest steaks I've ever seen. Did it have enough salt, because oddly enough, I suspect you could have used more, especially for a dry brine on such a thick steak. Outstanding either way. Great job Grumpy bastard, you got a new subscriber.

Thanks man! I appreciate your comments. Yep had enough salt but was not too much at all. My reaction to that bite was as real as it gets. It was incredible. Thanks for watching!

Hot cast iron, some of that beef tallow you use and take some rosemary and sage tied up to baste during sear. 👌🏼 you won’t hate it, I can promise you that!
