How to Go From Corporate Sales to Real Estate Deals

    Hey great channel man! I really enjoy the quick, to the point & very understandable descriptions, rules, scenarios. Great, necessary knowledge.👍 Can you help me with a question please? I can’t seem to find a legit answer anywhere and it’s killing me. Can you please provide a list or make a video explaining what exactly I should be looking for when walking the apartments? Nothing official, no numbers, just you and the property. what am I looking for to get that tingle and KNOW, this is a deal? I am learning so much from channels like yours and other resources. I’m not close to the level of knowledge to begin investing yet. I want to learn the game first. Ive been walking apartments trying to just learn, but I never know what to look for or look at? What is it that makes people fight or flight? This style or that. every single one I walk I Love and I want it. I’m not going In the units. im basically just a kid walking his dog around and obviously not an investor as of yet. I could really use your help if you have a list or criteria of what to be looking for when doing my own diligence. I know the effectiveness of boots on the ground learning but I’m stuck.
