yep, that's a good racket assembly video. tips not mentioned here: 1. when you rub the part near the handle - don't stretch it/don't rub hard. 2. when rolling the rubber - don't bend it back, try to keep it more down, and don't roll hard or both these things will stretch the rubber and most rubbers behave weirdly when stretched. 3. if you have trouble cutting rubber - cut 2-3 times, and can also dip knife in water periodically

Setup 1 is great just change the BH rubber - go with MX-P or butterfly Rozena

most blades come sealed from factory these days. Definitely not all, but most. I seal my blades when needed, makes no difference in my opinion. What really makes a difference is the way you glue the rubber. Particular glue, amount, stretching/no stretching of rubber. All that influences even how much feel you get from the ball.
