I remember the first time I saw someone blowing glass. I had just got to my first unit JBLM and as a young adult halfway across the country I went exploring. Went into Seattle's Museum of Glass, looked at the glasswork, and on my way out saw a massive kiln down some stairs. Because it was so dead the crafters downstairs let me check out how they make things from glass. It was wild and yet seemingly so simple. Fifteen years later now I want to learn this craft. Such a cool skill to have.

So Badass!!! How much does all this equipment cost???

The few little glass pieces you put into the ornament--what happened to them? I thought you were going to swirl them around or something, but no. Was it really enough little pieces to add charm to the ornament? I really wish we could have seen the finished products.

Would it be cool if we made glass pawns to play the glass version of sorry

Can you make glass sculptures or glass toys with glass blowing or glass making or is that too difficult or impossible??

Generally you need a degree or job experience, it's usually tough to get your foot in the door.

How would a person get into this art? Is there a school for it?

They are a lot of different glass blowing studios where you get lesson's, Also some Colleges teach it as well Best of luck!

You can. It's not hard to blow at all if it's hot enough! There are many places around the country you can learn. Go do it! It's great fun

Could you please change this to say "How To Blow Glass"? People don't say they glass blow. It just sounds weird. Thanks.
