Exercise or sports at least 30 mins a day will help you discipline your mind and body. Since you are in a drop year don't spend your full day at home. Make it a habit to go out for daily chores or some part-time work. You can't study all day. Set timers for social media. Learn about mind maps and use it for study and also for planning other things in your life. Pray and eat healthy. All the best.
