Hi Derek, you've done an amazing job in this video as usual, and the PDF is awesome as well, but it's a pity that the file is too heavy. I suppose it's heavy because you want it to look more attractive, but it would be nice if it were lighter, even though it may not look as nice. I hope you find a solution for the next PDFs. On the topic on feedback to manager, could you share some other ways to start the sandwich method. I was struggling to find a more suitable sentence as I don't really think that my manager is doing well in delegating task. 😅
