I just started as well on my zepbound journey. Started last week Saturday and actually have lost 6 pounds already in first week. I hope this continues and love watching your input

Oh wow! So far my 1st day I woke up with a stiff neck. googled and saw a ton of ppl with this so I'll cover that in injection 2 video on Wed. as my experience update. I was not remember to eat as it was so now I'm really becoming forgetful bc I'm not hungry at all. are you logging your food? I'm using the WW and they want me getting 150+ g protein a day which has not happened yet

I love the Brumate in the background. I use that small Toddy for on the go meals and I keep an empty one in my car for take out as well.

I guess I should have tagged that in my caption too haha In my week 2 video I go over my brumate era! oh it's been a lifesaver! I'll go back and tag this in my caption in case other ppl are looking for it seeing as it for sure caught your eye hahahaha. But yes Brumate locking lid are MY JAM!

@@KetosisMom I'm not a fan of the Era. I love my Toddy's. I did just buy a couple (6) of the new MUV cups that are replacing the Toddy series.

@TheNyree73 I haven't tried those yet. We have so many Toddy XL and the smaller ones for Coffee. What's then"upgrade" for the new ones? I like a straw for my water. I'm having to drink so much that just sitting and having it and not having to lift the cup each time is helping me drink more I think haha which is so lazy but I sit with the era and don't even think about drinking the water bc its just there and the straw in my mouth

I am planning to start - I hate to sign up and THEN find out insurance doesn’t cover I have blue cross blue shield - anyone else out there with that? I think I will call my insurance before joining - all the best -

yes. Call insurance and find out what their requirements are to approve. Make sure you communicate that to the financial team. Some people say their insurance now requires BMI over 35....not 30 anymore.

I believe blue cross will cover it with a prior authorization from your doctor. The doctor has to submit notes that the patient tried to change their lifestyle over six months, has an obese bmi, cortisol tests, thyroid tests. I just got a denial letter from BCBS because my doctor didn’t test my cortisol. We’re doing that then she’s resubmitting for approval.

I also have blue cross PPO, they cover my Mounjaro and my insurance plan , works a deal with Costco pharmacy. I used to have a $25 copay but this year it is a zero copay Now I did have an A1C of 6.0 so that’s why it was approved

I go through WW clinic as well but i used Walmart as my pharmacy. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover it so i use the savings card out of pocket im spending $550 for it + WW clinic fee. My script was sent into walmart they called me to confirm and they had to order it and i got it the next day in the afternoon.

CVS took a few days but bc I bugged them nonstop. Had I not I would like still be waiting. There is a pharmacy out of Ft Lauderdale that ppl I know get from with their script and they day it cost less. It's called Hallandale Pharmacy. You could always try calling them or emailing and asking them about pricing to see if you need your Dr to send your script there instead. they mail it straight to your house.
