Better off measuring everything, neck, chest, arm and waist. If any one of those is too small on the size chart of the shirt you want to buy chances are you'll end up shipping it back.

I found it helpful. But the voice annoying.

This is the proper way of measuring, although some people say 2 fingers instead of 3

@@DARK_AMBIGUOUS 2 may be for men's fingers, & 3 for smaller women's fingers.
