Unfortunately nursing is not considered a stem course for opt

I'm already a CANADIAN CITIZEN and can enter the USA anytime i want within these 9 years😅 or even fall in love within these years... those people don't want US.

In place of an advanced degree, consistent experience in a particular field of endeavor suffices for that.

Because it’s mostly common to see people with atleast a master’s degree apply for NIW and rare to see people with just BSc make many to think possessing an advanced degree is a MUST. In truth, based on the guidelines, consistent experience in a related field of endeavor can compensate for the advanced degree requirement. I know someone who is currently a PhD student in the US without any previous master’s that just got his NIW approved. You may want to read the guidelines and properly update your audience

@@chibuikemefugha3277 I know that and it doesn’t relate to the matter at hand . I am a PhD candidate in the US. If you read the CFR section well, you will understand that you necessarily don’t need an advanced degree (Master’s) to apply for NIW.

If you have STEM OPT it does buy you time. You can also go back to school to maintain status while waiting for NIW

Would not advice anyone to rely on the H1B it's a lottery and is not guaranteed. I had to go back for my masters since I didn't get selected. Hoping to go the EB2 NIW path once I'm done
