Thank u for the information, but i have a question, what if you send your file through fax without including your fax number in order to receive and its been 5 days since it was sent through fax, what is one supposed to do in order to give them the fax number that they will need in order to send back the EIN?

So my company will be for painting. And I do not have the LLC yet, that's why I need to get the EIN first. I can do that with this form right? Like Date business started, do I put the date I plan to form it? How's that work

You need to have a registered business either sole proprietor or llc before you get EIN for business

If I include my personal phone number from my home country, will that be visible to the general public once the company is set up? Why including US phone number is not a good idea? (I have a virtual US phone number that I can receive calls and text). Thanks!

Yes this will be available in public record. The virtual tour phone is good for business txn. For IRS/Banking VoIP alpine won’t be a good idea
