Thank you!!!!!! You would think that you can pick your company name that has already been in the system for YEARS and be verified........ BUT you can't. I created a new company with the same name and BOOM. Instant approval and invitation letter. I have sent so many emails to their info address with no replies. This video is amazingly helpful.

Hey please help me out....i jst follow the steps to pre register for autumn (October and November) time fair but received the invite for only spring time(april and may) . At the time of registering a new account it was showing both (April and May)& (October and November) but at last I only got April and may invite.

Chi Ying Choi You can get the badge at the fair but you have to pay a fee. Registering online is free so most people (companies!) like that option.

If I have logged in saying I don't have a buyers badge, but turns out my boss does, how do I change the status so I only need to apply for an invitation letter?

How long it take for my E-invitation to be generated?

Pre-Application first - then they will make your badge for you when you arrive at Canton Fair / certain hotel.

Hello Thank again for this video but i am not able to get invitation. Don't know white. When i click on the Browser at the end of process, i have this message: Sorry, error when trying to process your request.

I believe it is instantaneously accepted and approved. I have taken over 100 people to China on our Sourcing Summit trip, and I have never seen anyone's invitation be denied or have any issues like that.

The website is not so clear.

I'm still having "Not qualified to apply; please complete personal data of the associate", maybe because I can't upload personal photo - it appears as white space. Tried multiple times different photos in different browsers. Their support keep silence, their phones aren't answering. Confused. Any ideas?

@@matthewscott4304 I emailed them direct back in Jan. They replied, and basically said our site is pants - try again in Feb. Lo and behold the very next day it was working. Total duration for me was about 3 weeks.....My wife's? Done within 48 hours 😂🤦🏽‍♂️
