Oh on any sandy beach, you can simply raise light level to 8 and they spawn

Just get shears gather two stacks of sea grass go to a big beach and run around until a baby turtle spawns then feed it. In minecraft bedrock it seemed like a 1 in 5 chance for a baby turtle to spawn.

By removing it.... unless you have binding you need it to break or for you to die

Easiest is to find wandering trader. I get 3 for only for 1 emerald
