I am a regular customer on the Sky Bus. No complaints and it is the most convenient way to get to/from town. Taxis are way over priced in OZ and I'd avoid them when possible.

yes thats true. I sometimes park at the airport on short trips, or get a lift because the cost of taxis and ubers is unthinkable! Thanks for watching!

Good way to reach airport in convenient manner. Hopefully would be helpful for many. We also have skybus here in Bangalore but it takes more time than cabs.

It is nice when airports are accessible by public transportation. Often much cheaper. I find it usually costs a lot in time.

thats true. most are in some way. I dont think it's very convenient here but they are going to finally build a rail link. Going to take 10 years or something of course lol! Thanks for watching!

Why didn’t get trian to Broadmeadows then 901 to airport

It would be a fair way out of my way from the SE suburbs, but it's great to know that it can be done even cheap!

Skybus is not public transport but is a glorified designated airport bus which is noisy double decker (modern) bus with luggage stowage. What he should have done was catch the train as he did to FLINDERS ST. THEN A train to Broadmeadows station ,transfer connect at the station to the 901 bus to T4 MELBOURNE AIRPORT.(bus skybus no difference only money I; your pocket.) TOTAL COST about $5.00 Myki card , no apps no prepaid skybus etc etc.and just as quick. Using the PTV app (which is the official government travel timetable arrival departures for train, tram ,v line rail , bus and skybus) it doesn’t show what I just mentioned because skybus is probably subsidised so the unsuspecting traveller pays the price. I will say early early am or late late pm the skybus is the way to go.

SkyBus isn't a myki-ticketed service, you need to buy a separate ticket unfortunately
