Personally I wash in the washing machine (can’t hurt to hand wash), and then let the jerseys air dry (dryer is very damaging to jerseys in general). I also don’t wash my jerseys with badges too often (within reason of course) just to preserve the quality of the patches etc.

All imma say is go with the size of your other jerseys you own. That’s your best bet imo. It’s what I do.

It’s a Large. The long sleeve jerseys are typically true to size in the torso, but a bit tighter in the arms.

I actually don't recommend this company/product anymore. My jerseys I got from them have deteriorated a good bit :(( but if you insist... I'd size up
