yes, you can start filing your ITR, from next April 2023, for income earned from 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023, and do it for next 3 years, have financial descipline, list your expenses, income be in regular touch with your near by banker or Financial Consultant, Income Tax Practitioner... keep educating your self for next 3 to 5 years and beyond , wish you all the Very Best ..

it depends on Income, Home Loan tenor, if even person around 55 years person with service till 60 years can go for 5 year home loan tenor, if your Banker is comfortable you can even go for 25 years home loan tenor, in that case 60 minus 25 = 35 years is the entry age. like that.

it depends on your income, Expenses in your bank, say for you if your salary is 35,000 per month 50% of it will come to 17,500/- per month home Loan EMI you can afford, home loan tenor depends on your age, get in touch with your nearest Banker for more details, you also need to have last 3 year ITR, 1 year Bank statement and other needed documents by your Home Loan Processing Bank, as well your CIBIL report. wish you all the very best..
