This is the tutorial for how to get custom suits and skins in Batman: Arkham Knight on PC. This tutorial is part of a larger video coming out soon that showcases all the custom suits I downloaded on my game save. Since that video is like an hour long (I misread it on Da Vinvi Resolve and so it is NOT 2 hours I was WRONG), I hope to provide a simple and quick video for people who only want to know how to mod their game.

can they all go in the same 6 digit folder or separate ones?

Some are folder specific but more times than not any folder should do
