HOW TO GET RID OF SCALP PSORIASIS FOR GOOD!

HOW TO GET RID OF SCALP PSORIASIS FOR GOOD! ! what shampoo and conditioner should you use, when you have psoriasis you're dealing with an internal autoimmune condition.
that is basically representing itself on the outside so you really should be dealing with it internally rather than just trying to treat the symptom externally so the first thing that you should do is actually take vitamin d 3.
vitamin d 3 is actually clinically proven to over time make sure that once it's at optimal level reduce your chance of actually having scalp psoriasis additionally if you are trying to subdue it immediately then use something that's gonna be therapeutic on the top of your scalp that either has zinc colonate.
or it has edoconazole or neem oil in a shampoo form and when you're shampooing you wanna thoroughly massage the shampoo into your scalp let it sit and then lean back and rinse and use a therapeutic conditioner again the internal autoimmune condition should be dealt with internally and thus you'll have a better long term outcome rather than just trying to treat it in topically.

    My routine for my scalp I use a rosemary and peppermint blend shampoo then a volcanic ash conditioner, when I dry my hair I will put a peppermint oil/ hemp oil and castor oil blend on my scalp. It has been a miracle no more flare ups and no more flakes and dandruff

    If your ends are looking thinner than the rest of your hair it’s because of breakage. This is normal! The hair that is on your ends has been growing on your head the longest. It’s been exposed to heat, sun, chemicals, updo’s, rough sleep, etc.. That’s why hairdressers recommend a regular trim so that as your hair is growing, you don’t have uneven ends that look thin & damaged.

  • @fali0211

    @fali0211

    Жыл бұрын

    You can’t quite prevent breakage as nothing lasts forever, but there are things you can do to help your hair stay stronger for longer: No tight updo’s (they snap your hair and ruin your hairline) try using loose braids, claw clips, or scrunchies when you need it pulled back. Silk pillow case or even silk bonnet (our bodies run close to 100 degrees Fahrenheit and then we lay that heat on our hair for 8 hours a night while rubbing it against damaging material) Heat protectant when using hot tools, but try not to use them too often if your hair is struggling Hair serums: I actually have a neem oil serum like what he mentioned in this video that I use on my ends & holy cow I am obsessed

    Hello! The time it takes to notice improvements from taking vitamin D3 supplements can vary from person to person, and it depends on various factors, including your current vitamin D levels, the severity of any deficiency, and your overall health. Generally, it's essential to give vitamin D supplements some time to take effect. However, if you've been taking vitamin D3 supplements for three weeks and haven't noticed any changes in your skin or overall well-being, it might be worth considering a few things: Dosage: Ensure that you are taking the correct dosage of vitamin D3 as recommended by your healthcare provider. Sometimes, individuals with severe deficiencies may require higher doses initially. Consistency: Consistency in taking supplements is crucial. Make sure you're taking them as prescribed or following the recommended daily dosage. Other Factors: Consider other factors that may be affecting your skin, such as your skincare routine, diet, hydration, and any underlying skin conditions. Vitamin D3 alone may not be the only factor influencing your skin health. Consult a Healthcare Provider: If you have specific concerns about your skin or your response to vitamin D3 supplements, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare provider or dermatologist. They can assess your overall health, conduct any necessary tests, and provide guidance on managing your skin concerns. Remember that improvements in skin health can take time, and supplements are just one part of a holistic approach to maintaining healthy skin. It's essential to have realistic expectations and continue with a well-rounded skincare and health routine that includes a balanced diet, proper hydration, and suitable skincare practices.

    yo im 20 and am just the same, bro i would advise u to just shave your head with a 2mm guard. it relieves your stress also now you can easily apply your oils to your scalp without feeling so nasty/greasy you know. furthermore if you do this it will be easier to let sunlight hit your scalp which should help with the inflamation. also what i do is everynight put coconut oil and organic hemp lotion combined on my scalp and put a elastic hairnet on my head so i dont mess my pillow up, you should try it. GL!!

    I can't handle the sun, my skin is too sensitive. I supplemented with Vit D3 as well as see a naturopath, but topically Sulphur shampoo and coal tar soap a couple times a week and about 3 drops of lavender essential oil in my conditioner almost daily gives me the most relief. Don't underestimate oat water, it's so smoothing❤
