The 30 day cure: Get surgery … 🤦‍♂️ Are you saying You CANNOT get rid of mild gyno once it’s there? I’m really confused here…. Is there no other solution.

It depends on your hormones or hormone intake or exposure to certain medications, etc. If the gland forms you will always be sensitive to it developing further. Fat loss can help but then fat loss can also reveal the size and shape of the gland. When Aland showed the picture of him in competition state his gland was more prominent and that caused him a bit more distress. It really depends on the individual and their preference.

@@balancemyhormones I can only feel the tiniest bit of hard flesh under my nipples. They got itchy for one day last week but It could have also just even irritated rubbing against my shirt in hot /sticky weather. I’ve just started EOD and pinning with an insulin syringe rather a harpoon every week. I’m feeling much better so. I’m also taking two testocaps (Andriol) per day as well. I find the enanthate plus the undecanoate is much better than a higher dose of just Enanthate.. I appreciate the response.! 👊🇨🇦

Do you have a list of recommended clinics that perform this sort of surgery - even if just for an evaluation consultation?

We mentioned Dr Nurein in the video on Harley Street.

I had gyno after years of gym "supplements". It came after I stopped using and my natural test was gone. I got the lumps removed by the NHS but they came straight back. Once I started trt it seemed to improve them. A good point would be not to rush into the surgery until you have any underlying causes in check or you would be wasting your money. Also this surgery isn't available on the NHS anymore

How did you manage strogen after the surgery? I had surgery also, but now on TRT I have started feeling again the gland, the ichiness, disconfort, etc… As Alan says, I also feel it worsen when drinking some wine.

Have your doctor adjust your Testosterone dose, smaller more frequent doses, reduce body fat and minimise alcohol intake.

I’m microdosing every day the lowest test amount posible, and I’m on 9%bf. Finally I just have a glass of wine on weekends. It must be high sensitivity or something like this.

I am getting the surgery around the end of summer, but my surgeon only want to do one side because it’s only on my left side. Should I push for her to do both? I’ve never had it on my right side, but still.

Follow your surgeon as you may never have an issue on the other side or if your hormonal profile or exposure to medications change it may develop.

When you have gynecomastia from teenage time does taking. Bunch of steroids will make it worst ?

Sometimes when a teenagers androgens kick in the gyno goes away. It depends how early it happens. Please consult a doctor before considering. AS can be detrimental to your health and fertility. If you have a deficiency of androgens seek proper medical advice not the gym.

When I was 14 I dealt with this and it was horrible. Itchy, stinging, pain. It is one of the deciding factors in me not pursuing a place on my high school Rugby or Wrestling teams. I still deal with some pain in my chest when my wife leans her head on my chest. It’s quite annoying.

The one type of sensation was in a good pleasurable way being that for some the nipple area is an erogenous zone, and that shortly after the surgery and perhaps 6 months to a few years if that area was quite senstive or overly stimulated in a postive erogenous way then the sensation woud be more or coudl be more muted after the surgery with a recovery taking months or years depending on the individual.

God----- SURGERY????????? Get real.

LOL watching how all the fat dissolved within weeks was such a relief! I used what I mentioned the other day, and although it actually took a bit more than a month, I finally got strong pecs, I just go’ogled Baker Henistole, and now the looks I get from others are totally worth it.
