    Yes, this absolutely worked! Another trick..when you're on the computer, lightly put your finger at the beginning of your eyebrow in a way that you can easily hold it there for awhile. If you frown, you will immediately feel that muscle with your finger! Trains you to stop frowning. Also, if you're up and about doing chores, etc. and feel like you may be frowning a bit, slightly smile. It takes the frown away. These have made a huge difference for me.. from huge furrow and 11s to smooth. Also puts you in a slightly better mood :)

    Thanks for the update on how to prevent and remove frown lines, one question, where would you go if you were to die today? Seek the Lord and saviour Jesus Christ before it's too late. John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Hell is real and Heaven is also real. You don't want to spend an eternity in Hell torment without God. The only way to escape Hell is to follow Jesus Christ our Lord and saviour. Study the KJV Bible to know more and pray and seek until you find Jesus. Don't delay tomorrow might be too late. You are not promised even the next minute. Do it now

    I had pretty deep lines and this truly works along with sleeping with tape in between and along your forehead throughout the night. I left mine on for about 7 hours. Just be mindful of the times because you don't want to go to work with the lines of the tape. Don't worry about that too much because those lines will disappear. I applied vitamin e oil and continued to massage and stretch the wrinkled area while I had the tape on. I did this for about an hour. It's now plump and you can barely see the wrinkles. Drastic difference doing it only once. I used to massage that area before and apply the vitamin e oil with very little difference. Or I would just apply the tape over night with no real difference. I would also try to not make facial expressions but that's very hard to do since I've been making a squinty face since I was a child. My mother always told me to stop because my face would get stuck like that. I'm super sensitive to the sun and light in general but I also haven't kept up with wearing sun glasses or my sun hat. I would totally recommend it now that I see how astonishing the results are!! I was missing this extra step but am so very pleased because I was considering Botox or the new thermiRise where they completely kill the nerve and permanently remove the wrinkles which can be quite expensive $2,500. I'm a little iffy about actually killing the nerves though too because I want all my body to be able to function the way it was intended so this actually works out perfect for me. I don't ever leave reviews but I had to give you credit for your video and tips. Thank you!!

    A qwik fix I do that I do as often as I feel necessary, my lovelies, & just wanna share in case others wish to try and often don't think to try! Use ANY glass OR hard plastic makeup product like the back of a makeup compaq such as Covergils power compaq or even the round shaped glass or hard plastic container your makeup may come in. Press firmly or roll&press firmly onto the frown lines for a few seconds or even 10 seconds-it instantly will smooth over the wrinkles. Lasts hours for me, and just depends upon how deep set the wrinkles are. I feel foolish as hell doin it! But hey, it works!!

  • @anneemull
    @anneemull6 жыл бұрын

    I'm pretty sure by doing this, you create some inflammation and slight swelling. The swelling makes it seem like your wrinkles are gone, and they are temporarily. If you have ever gotten a acid peel at a dermatologist (one that takes about a week to heal) you will love how your wrinkles seem to disappear! It's because your face is swollen. Peels do get rid of damaged skin which can help the appearance of wrinkles on the face, but the end result will not look as perfect as your skin did during the initial inflammation. This is a similar idea to the "Kylie lip challenge" where people are creating suction on their lips. The swelling makes your lips bigger. Neither of these are a good idea. Any frequent inflammation and swelling is damaging to your tissues. Please consider the premature aging of the face this will cause. You won't see it right away, but it will happen!

    Thank you! You're a genius lady. You see subtle results right after doing that. I've had them all my life but I looked young for my age anyway until 40, where those lines stand out worse in pics now. The goal at 40 is to grow younger. Ditching the forehead lines and working to grow my hairline back takes 10 to 15 years off my look, which feels where i'm supposed to be based off how my family ages. So THANK YOU!!!

    Seems this would intensify the aging process. I mean you're pulling on your skin. you say it's gentle but while I was doing it, it just feels like I'm stretching my skin. WAY more than what I want it too, if anything I want it to tighten up. I understand the concept of loosing it up(kinda like a massage) and the blood flow let's it fill the frown lines in a little bit but I'm wondering about long-term damage...

  • @nw6070

    @nw6070

    by that rule every time you smile you are making your lips more saggy long term because a smile stretches them, but this does not happen. i think temporary stretching can only stimulate the skin and keep it healthy

    This really works, but I'm concerned about its "side effects" - I have hooded eyes and when I do this (pulling at the eyebrow skin) I stretch my already droopy eyelids even more. I'm not sure if that's really worth the payoff...

    pinching eye brow technique works. a good addition to help is to mix a batch of green bentonite clay powder to a consistency of toothpaste then spread it on your forehead / eyebrow creases let it dry and it will shrink and tighten the skin . remove it after awhile by carefully pulling pieces of the dry clay or use warm water and face towel soaking /softening the clay to remove it. the only thing is how to prevent frown wrinkles from coming back again?

    I've always called this my "thinker wrinkle" because it's from me over thinking and analyzing everything starting in my teens. Older women used to warn me that one day it would stay and they were right! I'm 40 now and while I look years younger there it is stuck between my eyebrows, my good ol' thinker wrinkle! I hope this helps..even a little bit would be great. ☺

    This is a great face exercise, however when you pinch your skin and it doesn't return back flush (as demonstrated above) it means you're dehydrated- so don't expect that result. Also, I looked through her previous videos and I didn't find one where she had any visible frown lines. Great video and on a beautiful face, just keep in mind you want to strive for healthy and happy and not perfection. God Bless

    How I have reduce frown lines. 1). I prick the line up and down with a sewing needle. I do this to all the little lines between my brows. 2) I use a piece of silicone medical tape cut to fit between my brows and covering the frown line. I put petroleum gel on the line, and a piece of thin cardboard on the tape to prevent frowning, and leave overnight. I do this under my eyes also. I think the pressure helps to reattach the skin where it belong.

    I spent most of my life without sunglasses. No one ever told me how important it was for my eyes to protect them, and for my face as well. I have two massive frown lines between my eyebrows. Kids need to be taught to protect the eye area. I mean, how much of an effort would it have been for me to just wear sunglasses? I am furious about this.

    I have an issue with the pulling of the skin around the eye area, especially with the last pose, as it pulls on the thin eyelid skin. I am worried that the price to pay for a smooth forehead is wrinkly eyes. Is there a way to modify this technique so that it doesn't pull as much on the eyelids? I have hooded eyes.

    This is nothing to do with blood flow, your causing very minor trauma to the skin, which leads to very mild swelling, it is this that hides the frown or wrinkle. Unless the actual muscle creating the frow relaxes, then the flown will still be there. And of course it is, when the very mild swelling goes away. So it does work, but over the longer term repeated trauma to the skin, will damage small capillaries, ( leading to permanent redness and blotches) ,damage and break collagen fibers ( which give skin its elasticity) and stretch the skin. Although it will take a lot longer and a lot of perseverance, massaging the skin to relax the facial muscles will give the same result, but without the side effects.
