Don't act like some expert when you have never had back acne. I have had it for many years and the only thing that helped personally was not consumimg dairy. I don't know what the mechanism is for causing acne but that's the only change that I have made to my lifestyle which made acne disappear permanently, my nutrition and sleep and hygiene practices are exactly the same

@@kiyoponnn I have gone through phases where I consume a lot more and a lot less dairy and I have never noticed a difference. Glad you found a solution though.

Mine started bc of a mastocytosis due to a bad allergy medication. My dermatologist gave me a special soap and a facewash to apply to the entire upper body and made me take a shower twice a day for two months and suggested me to change clothes frequently. Then after a month I began skin peeling sessions every two weeks. After a lot of efforts, it has gone away but unfortunately I have dark spots all over my upper body now

Does it scratches you like mosquito pimples ? It’s usually called heat pimples, caused by sweat and Heat, maybe taking a cold shower and applying the first treatment will Help you =). And if it’s coming under the armpits, put a antiperspirant, the best mark working for me is Ushuaïa, maybe try it out !

Because they comes back, as scars, and you CANNOT make them go away, I’m sorry to not having came earlier to tell you this, the best way to get rid of them if it’s on the face is to use some precious water, if it’s called like this in English. But if the name doesn’t change in French, it’s : Eau précieuse. Use that for your face, and for the rest of the body, I recommend you to use one of the treatments recommended in the video =)

OMGGGGGG!!! This is what I have been thinking too! I started buying Shein clothes around April 2022 and as time goes by, I started having back acne that won’t go away. This is very unusual for me. And mind you almost all my clothes now are from shein. Came across an article saying the type of fabric they use can indeed cause acne. This is why I will slowly change what’s in my wardrobe 😭

I struggle with body acne too but a friend of mine said to spray a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water to my body Im still trying it I don’t know if it really works tho 🤷‍♀️

@Sara nope apple cider is good but you can use it alternatively....2wice or one time mendelac serum as it works as peeler and exfoliator and one time after shower apple cider vinegar as it works as antibectarial acid....choice is your now

U can probably rub rubbing alcohol on it then a good cleanser specifically made for clearing up acne and u can get a acne cream over counter put that on there and avoid very oily stuff on back

Hi! I’m also the same age as you, and I’ve also had it for about a year. I use a prescribed medication called epiduo that does really help! It works for you face, back and helps reduce acne. It takes a few days to work but it’s very effective! There are alternatives if you can’t purchase that one where you live.

I think so ! I’m not a pro in that subject, but if you take a shower after that and try one of a treatments based on you, I think it’s Going to be okay, because heat pimples will go away Eventually, if you think it’s because of the gym, I think it’s more heat pimples, caused by sweat or Well, heat. But them, it will go away after some time ! It looks like mostiquo pimples though so you know the difference =)

Same But I am using moisturizer and body acne spray , it reduces a lot and don't touch your acne , leave it alone it will go by itself and some cream

Use Salicylic acid based body wash or soap, it will clear acne marks on back slowly but it works perfectly

Try taking a good dose of probiotics. Thats what cured my back n chest acne.
