I had no luck. Tried a few weeks ago when it was HOT as HELL in PA. No luck with input online. Called these Honda folks and got the poster child dull boy. He is trying to say I wrote the code wrong. Now I go to the website and the VIN keeps going away. A lot of work for a POS cheap radio. But, it's cooler now, so I will try again. I am not going to a stealership.

There's is nothing on the internet on how to increase the light on the radio. If the radio still works, the bulb could possibly be blown out within the radio and if the radio doesn't work, then the radio itself is malfunctioning. Sorry that's all I know and I hope I answered "quickly" 💁‍♂️

the color which appears on your is similar to that of my car ie the color orange. not against the munero of radio station fm is visibly displayed. however mine appears weakly. I do not see the number of the station. There's nothing to do.

Sorry can you rephrase your question? Did you get the 8 digit code the radio gave you? You have to enter those numbers into the website I provided and you will get a 4 digit code to unlock your radio. Mine was 21441 but yours could be completely different

Maybe double check the VIN # carefully again. Perhaps you missed a #?

Not sure where you’re from, but the same happened to me. Later I learned that the VIN # needed on the website is not valid if you’re from Canada (maybe more countries outside the US too??) Pretty frustrating, having to jump through this many hoops to listen to the bloody radio.Poorly designed retrieval…it’s a radio🤨

Once you get the code where do you punch it in..i have the code but i dont know how

@@Once.A.Violet Go to that link. Type in your VIN and those two codes and the code will be emailed to you. Then follow the steps I think at 2:40 on how to input THAT code in and it should unlock your radio. Don't give up... Keep me posted

Once you input the 8 digit code off the radio, provide your email and VIN # to the link provided and it will generate another code, which will be sent to your email. Once you get that code, follow the steps at 2:40

The reason I needed the code is because I disconnected the battery. Once you do that the radio locks and you need a code. Au revour 👍

Thanks for Sharing, but on the site navicode they dont accept my zip code (canadian zip code) they say enter a valid zip code.so how i can do.thank u.

I just stopped at the local Honda dealership gave him the code off the radio serial number and he just gave me the code at no charge
