Hi Cynthia - I absolutely love your videos and feel like I always learn so much about hairstyling, esp. as someone who always struggled with it! I even got the GHD soft curl tong since you used it and learned how to curl with it thanks to your older videos. But even after trying all the techniques and steps from your videos, the curl still never holds using the GHD. Are there any other products you recommend for those with hair type that never holds curls?

It takes some practice but once you get it down it’s so easy and quick to do!! And I love this technique on shorter hair. It looks so good 🙌🏽

Everything you said makes sense but it’s just not working with my curling iron……..what curling iron do you use and what products do you use? Thanks so much!

I’ve been losing my natural curls these last few years. And when I curl my hair it’s not holding. Every tried so many different products and nothing is working. Idk why but now I’m wondering, is it possible your hair stops holding curl when you just stop styling your hair? It started before Covid and than just continued where I just never did my hair anymore. I stopped going out and I need my hair up for work. Which always caused me to lose my parting bc it’s always pulled back. The only thing I haven’t done is make an effort to style my hair a lot more often 🤷🏽‍♀️
