For those who can’t do it because of Mac filtering you can purchase a WiFi extender which essentially creates its own WiFi network off of your current network and you will be able to connect you’re welcome!

Or the mac address on your phone but you gotta keep your phone off so it doesn't interfere with your xbox. I'd personally use a old phone that has already been connected to the wifi before. Remember any device you chose for the mac address keep it off while you're on

Is there a way to hide the device from the router every time it gets connected. I'm on parental controls, so resetting the MAC address can allow me to play until the admin gets a notifcation that a new device is on the network

Your internet provider blocked your internet because it thinks your a malware. Tell your parent(s) to contact your internet provider telling them to unblock your internet. You will have to go back to your original MAC but its better than not having internet at all. Hope this helped.

When that happens spoof the mac to a device that's not blocked and make sure that the device name to your Xbox is the same as the device you spoofd it to so your parents ect think it's that device not your Xbox
