Correction- prescriptions are not free just from a GP. Only to eligible people whether that prescription is from a dentist, hospital doctor or GP. If outside the categories you will be liable to pay. Accessing the GP just to obtain something for free is not a sensible use of access and for common health conditions that can be managed over the counter, you will be advised to obtain yourself via the pharmacy. The information from 09:10-09:55 is not accurate.

No, they can get enrolled with parents.

Aapko jis GP se registration kiya hai unko hi puchna padega, because usually pregnant women ko ek mid wife assign hoti hai Jo unko aage guide karti hai but unki availability bhi honi chahiye. Agar aise me aapko Labour pain aa re hain ya, koi pregnancy ki taklif hai to aapko Gyne emergency mein hi Jana padega.

NHS number is for entire UK, however the patient number may change it you change cities

My BRP is not yet out but I have an emergency. Can I just use my visa on my passport while I wait?

You can visit the Emergency department, they don't need nhs number. For gp you need the BRP
