Do you use the beauty sponge always wet or is it just to prime it when new and then using dry?

Hi Jeanne! Great question! Always use it damp. If it’s dry, it won’t help remove excess product (which is how this one is meant to be used). So, not dry and not soaking wet…just slightly damp. Thanks!
