IELTS shouldn't be an issue as long as your general English language proficiency is good. People at CEFR B2 level should be good to go.

Thank you for your suggestion. Regarding how to search a university e.g masters in xys field in Canada. How to apply: if you find a program in any dept. There is an eligibility criteria, check that start on application portal after getting accepted from professor.

AssalamOAlaikum Warahmatullah... I've done my BS in English Language and Literature (my major is Linguistics) as a Gold Medalist (and got my degree) in June 2022 from a prestigious university of Pakistan, Alhamdulillah. Now the issue is, we had no any research in our BS Program, since nothing is published and bla bla (I do write and publish different articles on my blog and for some other International news agencies). Now, I want to go abroad for my MS, InshaAllah. I've searched a lot but unfortunately I've missed the US's Fulbright scholarship last April (I wasn't aware), plus also missed China's CSC. This morning I've searched about the institutes in Canada and found that my CGPA is fine enough for admission in top-ranked institutions, InshaAllah, but the issue that's striking me is, we had coursework and no any research in BS. What could I do now? (P.S. I seriously want to go abroad, InshaAllah. 😐)

I have good IELTS score , My degree(BS Electrical Engineering last semseter) is hopefully going to end in June( with 3.3 CGPA) , My research paper will also be published next month In Shaa Allah . I have also done online certifications and also have participated in numerous co-curricular activities. My uncle lives in toronto and he will sponsor me there so i have no living issue. Is there any way to get scholarship in Master (at least tuition fee waiver?)

You can get scholarship with this cgpa, approach relevant professors for that.

I have some questions and want to ask from you as you yourself is in canada. If a student has done his bachelors and his cgpa is like not very good above 3 but like 3.1 to 3.3 and also has no publications or research experience other than his final year project then he can also get fully funded masters scholarship in Canada? Or what is preferable for him to do his masters then apply for phd?

recently canada has revised rules for all students, if your studies are affected by work then you can do as much as you can.

Assalamualaikum. I have a question. I am expecting an offer letter from the Queen's University for a PhD in management and an offer from Memorial University for MSc in Management. Now, my concern is, if i go for the MSc at MUN, my PR application may take 3 years (2 years studies+1 year job). But, what about the PR application for PhD students in Ontario? Is it that I have to complete my PhD, then work for 1 year, then apply for OINP? Which will take about 7 years (6 years studies+1 year job). I am confused which route to take. Could you please clear my doubts?

You will get work permit after any degree, find a relevant job. After spending 2 to 3 year you will be eligible for PR

I m facing a serious issue. I have missed the deadline of University of Toronto, that was 31 May because at that time my research paper was still in progress and i didn't even take the ielts at that time. Today my exams have ended. Is there any possibility that i talk to professor for thesis based masters and he grants me admission letter even if deadline has passed

After your study you will get work permit that con be converted to PR and citizenship

He will pay tuition fee+ stipend. You have to spend from that stipend on acc. And other personal expenses. In few cases, outstation research institutes provide acc.

Assalam oalaikum. Im a widow with 2 kids of age 8 and 9 respectively. I hv done M.Phil in cancer biology(zoology) with 3.8 CGPA. Currently im employed in education dept working on the post of SST bio/chem. i need proper guidance if can apply abroad for fully funded phd. If yes then can i take my kids with myslf.
