My visa has been approved and I am coming to Canada in May. but then I want to defer the program to fall intake due to some challenges.(DLI not eligible for PGWP) However, I have gotten a cheaper program I want to change DLI (September intake) How do I handle this please? When you enter, you can extend your study permit and visa. Just make sure you enter before it expires.

Hello, Mr Peter. Thanks a lot for all your valuable content about immigration to Canada. There's something that's been bothering me for a while now and I'll appreciate it if you could give me some advice. So, I submitted my study permit application on the 29th of December, 2023 during the holidays, so I couldn't get an upfront medicals. I had to do it them so that I won't be affected by the new POF. In addition to that, I did my biometrics on the 9th of January and I have since then been waiting for IRCC to request for my medicals. It's been 2 months now and I haven't heard from them. I wanted to ask if it will not be too late to get my upfront medicals done and add it to my application or should I continue to wait until IRCC asks for it? Thank you for your anticipated response. I watch you from Lagos, Nigeria.
