promotions never works for me . i tried many times.
If I put my price high and than offer 25 percent off,which price will be shown in my whole calendar . It will maybe be too high price for the quest and they will not book. I don't know where to make all this ,on aplication or settings? Is it better to put low price without offering discount. Thank you.

I did not quite get that part either - if you raise your price abnb goes to your perceived booking value anyway. We know their smart pricing is typically below market. So, I think you said lean to a higher price, then get the promotion and see where it lands you? Time period for these are only 14 days I think?

The discount doesn’t take your current price into consideration. It discounts based off of what it *thinks* you should be priced at, which is often much higher than what you’re actually priced at
New as a subscriber, and wondering if you have a more detailed video on allowing pets and rules and policies associated with that. Also, I am curious if you have some in-depth pricelabs videos?
