by the way that is headset tracking is Not refresh rate. Headset tracking is completely different and refresh rate is max fps
0:21 thats your tracking from your controllers, so you wont get to stick on walls, you need steam vr or sidequest to get 60 hertz.
No you have to turn on adjust height that’s the only thing that can help
