But in India, that's a good money!! Many engineers in India earn 5-10 thousand per month and they are happy with it

@@xcommandergaming5949 That's totally agreed!! Better to have a shop in village. But, nowadays there is work from home. I have a neighbor who works in TCS, he is like hero in our village. Salary is not adjusted to purchasing power. Biggest drawback in India

So, if we do good on the OA and a 30 min interview - we get the offer letter, or else there's 3 more interviews guaranteed? Weren't those 3 more interviews mandatory for everyone(not just those who did bad on the OA)?

Just start man, no need of any roadmap whatsoever. Open leetcode start doing easy questions of every topic. Then jump onto medium
