5 years on F1 Visa ..2 years Master and 3 Rd year apply H1B visa...and get the salary minimum 4 lakh ..per month...work in backend and frontend technology..in IT field

H1-B is not always lottery based. In healthcare when student come to USA through USMLE for MD many programs sponsor them H1-B that’s called priority H1-B and for that you don’t have to go through lottery. It’s boon for medical professionals as it eliminates the uncertainty.

Sir , first of all thanks much for sharing valuable information , I have same problem and need some way forward , I am Commerce graduate and working with one of the IT giant US MNC for 11years in India. Though I am a Commerce graduate, I work with some previous organizations and earned good amount of IT experience and as a result I got into an IT company based on my experience instead of my qualification ..I would like to apply for H1-B and I am sure my ed qualification and work experience going to be conflict at some point in time ....what should I do to get into H1-B? is there any hope to get tha done ?

If employer directly applies for your H1B1 visa, does that also go through lottery process. When a company applies for your 8:15 H1B1 visa, does a company also have to apply within the specific window of applying which is March 01-March 20 this year, or a company can apply H1B1 visa for their employee any time they want?

Hi, for the FY 2023, uscis updated their policy and added a new section, ‘Unfairly Increasing Chances of Selection’ where in they stated “If USCIS finds that this attestation was not true and correct (for example, that a company worked with another entity to submit multiple registrations for the same beneficiary to unfairly increase chances of selection for that beneficiary), USCIS will find that registration to not be properly submitted.” My question is I have 2 employers willing to sponsor my H-1b, one where I am currently working and second a future prospect who wants to hire me. Both the companies are not related in any manner, that wouldn’t be considered under this statement right?

It shouldn’t be as per my knowledge. But you can still ask in some H-1B groups on Facebook or somewhere to confirm

My son has completed his Masters from US ,and is in job since 2016,applying for H1B Visa every year but didn't get,so he had to move to Canada on 2019,his company transferred him to Canada for one year,but because of Covid he had to extend his stay in Canada only to come back to US on 2022,he got his L1 Visa,His company applied for his H1B Visa 2023,but again he didn't get,Now my question is what he should do further,apply for same next year or move to Canada or India? I was selected in the H1B lottery, and the company applied for my H1B petition for the first time. Now, I'm in the process of processing it, but the company sent me the fees, and I asked them that it should be paid by the employer. I am from India and I told them that if the visa is 100% guaranteed, I can pay it, but the company is delaying my petition processing and says I have to pay the fees myself. What should I do. Dear, i applied for H1b visa and my petition is returned back to USCIS as per mail received from Consulate. After Law suit, my lawyer sent me the Affirmation Notice received from USCIS and as pet the notice, my case sent back to state department. This notice states that "What the Official Notice Said This is to advise you that we have reaffirmed our previous decision on the above application or petition which the Department of State had previously returned for review. We have forwarded the case back to the Department of State for action." I sent this notice to consulate by mail but no reply. I am confused whether should i wait for the mail or i need to appointment again with Embassy/consulate. Thanks to clarify please.
