How to Get From the Island of Sicily to the Rest of Italy by Car | Ferry Messina-villa San Giovanni
Six months ago we moved from California to Sicily and we are continuing to share our experiences here with you guys.
In this video we'll share our journey from Catania, Sicily to Villa San Giovanni. We bought the ticket from the ticket office in Port but you can also purchase it ahead of time from carontetourist.it

We’re trying to decide between Sicily and Naples. Would you go to Sicily again if you could choose? Or Naples for the closer travel to other countries?
Hi, Great video as I'm very nervous, needing to drive from Naxos to another AirBnB in Cisternino on May 1st, which is a holiday in Europe and the Ferry's website does not allow you to book a specific ferry reservation. So it looks like we should be ok. Thanks.

Do you recommend bringing a brand new car there or just buying an island beater?

We brought a new one that we use for long trips and also bought an island beater for everyday use in Catania. So it depends on how much you plan on driving here. Island beaters are not very reliable
Love your videos, we will be PCSing at the end of the year! Quick question, when you travel with your family do you bring a travel crib/ pack n play for your youngest? Or is that something that is provided by the places you stay?

That was Feb 17. Try booking closer to your travel date. But as you can see it was pretty easy to just buy the ticket there
