hey my g, my game gets pretty laggy when 3 or 4 players play together, i play on a ps5 with a ps4 disc, pretty old, do u think the lag comes from the disc or the fact that it is a ps4 game, not a ps5?

At last, I cannot tell you how many years I’ve been waiting for something like this. I honestly gave up hope that this would only be possible on PC for Java. Fingers crossed for a more fluid animation pack🤞🏻

​@@ConcreteAdvisory It’s also doable on mobile (Both IOS and Android). Before I got a PC, I’d do it on IOS Device. I also have several online friends that do it on Android. You can see some footage of a few online addons I downloaded on my KZread channel

@@ConcreteAdvisorythat’s true, I just only had a laptop and never had a gaming PC. That’s really the only reason I didn’t play Java, even with Optifine the frame rate was never as good as on Bedrock on my console.

I hope they partner with some addon creators from mcpedl to make or port their addons

The beginning of console mods besides fallout they did it first

Addons existed for long and could be added through mcpedl or other trustworthy sources via manual download and the rub the 1 or 2 files,and then add them to yout world This is just easier access but way more resteicted since you need permission from the moderators if there are any

That's great, i hope it will be a better alternative to mcpedl for creators and that they make addons look better allowing you to remove the circle shadows and hit effect from custom entities

Not unless the original mod creators decide to do it, since they own the characters, bosses ect. I assume they will make another addon that is similar as some point.

I said it once and I'll say it again, as a PlayStation player these are awesome! I've already played a few of the free ones and they are amazing! And if these first ones are this good i am so excited to see what comes in the future! I am definitely going to be using these add-ons in my next world! 💚

It would be awesome if we could import Addons ourself to the marketplace, but it's just a thought/suggestion so i hope maybe it will ever be implemented

The pet and the furniture add-ons they’re great too

When downloaded, can you activate it in global resources and not in a world? If so could these addons work in servers?

The only thing that I don't like about this, it's that u are not being able to unlock the trophies by using add-ons, like in Hava u still can.

This addon is free and it comes with wool that lights up so you’ll never have to waste torches or waste time mining glowstone, making froglights, or mining sea lanterns

Now I'm waiting for a Farmers Delight or Alex Mobs Add-ons on the Marketplace 😍

It is good that they are adding mods, because before it was so hard to get them on Xbox! After all, the only reason we used the sponge bob glitch was because Mojang hadn't provided a way to get mods on Xbox yet!

They are never going to make it where addons don’t disable achievements it would make getting every achievement to easy.

I like the idea but It doesn't make sense for them to disable achievements if the add on you want to activate like the more animal's one. Its not like it puts you on creative to cheat and get all items, i want to use it on my ralm that ive bin working on for years. but i dont want to disable the achievements cuz that just defeats the purpose for the world to be on survival cuz survival all i play, creative gets boring

Unfortunately this is a thing with any game I've tried on consoles with mods, Skyrim is the same for example

One question Can I add cars and drive them and get round wheels ?

This might be a long shot... but the Dual Wield mod and From The Fog mod would be cool to have on consoles. But that's just me being hopeful or something.

So on ps 4 make a house with a garage and that add on and can put the car in garage and put your car in the garage

A really big problem I see with this system is marketplace creators stealing work from creators who post off of third party sites.

Currently for me it crashes every time i put all the addons on playstation and switch

having more options is always nice. I don't understand why they can't just allow people to easily transfer data across platforms though. Every Microsoft account has free cloud storage, why not integrate that into Minecraft in some way that allows you to basically create your own marketplace of content visible only to you?

Yes this is awesome now its about the community to make their addons free to download, we can create a curseforgeish enviroment if all the people choose to upload their addons for no minecoins

Would all of these add ons (including modern furniture) also apply to creative mode worlds?? I have created multi million dollar homes on both worlds (creative) and would love to spice them up even further!

yes you can do that, my suggestion is to do it 1 by 1 rather than throwing them all on and getting any issues. also BACK UP YOUR WORLD before doing it.

I love these addons, but I unfortunately found a problem. Now, I don't know if it's just me, but if you don't save your world or crash, the addons get removed from your world, even though you can add them back, it will make you lose your addon stuff, so you might lose your pets of furniture. Anyways, these addons are great, and hope to see more soon, just hope they fix this bug. Anyways, peace🤟 (Sorry for long comment btw)

Now my hope is that since addon developers can now earn minecoins (and in turn money) from the marketplace this means hopefully means much higher quality addons that are fully finished and not just unfinished messes, although the worse case is that most will be just addons aimed towards children and playing it safe with adding cutesy mobs and some basic things like a few structures.

I have most the addons installed and now my friends cant join my realm without crashing. Been trying for hours and its honestly very frustrating and heartbreaking. We worked so hard on the realm and now they cant even join. I dont know what to do

@ecko it worked by the way, thank you again! I found out it was actually classic shaders texture pack that caused the problem, once I applied it it permanently messes up the save, even disabling it, but backing up an older save did the trick. With a cost, I had lost four days of progress but that's way better than losing over a years worth

alot of addons doesn't break any addons anymore it will just make you lag more and more decreasing your fps and eventually crash your game.

This one sadly crashes for me. But the other ones works
