That’s nice for physical trade, but any IT startup won’t start creating much content until you get up and running. Most costs are running costs (servers etc), so apart from a laptop it’s not easy to burn that 100k up front. There must be a solution there, what is it?

Mr. Ashoori thank you for such an informative video, I've completed the first 5 steps. But I have a question regarding the 5th step (spending money) do you think that buying a car for my business, I'm the sole owner of the business, counts towards investment too? How I should prove to USCIS that this car would be used for business purposes? For example in my scenario traveling to and back from local Florida suppliers to pick up/buy the goods, travel from my local Florida home to my Florida business addess and etc. I read somewhere that you should be in the U.S. for at least 90 days before submitting a change of status application to avoid a presumption that you entered the U.S. with for the purpose of doing a change of status, is that true? Given that the B2 visa is valid for up to 6 months I'm at risk if the CBP port officer decides not to give me the full 6-months, should I personally ask him to be able to stay for 6 months while at the entry port? And lastly, what should I tell the home country Consular officer when he ask what is my B2 visa travel purpose? It is said that you should convince the interviewing officer that you are going to come back after your B2 visa expires.

My friend from Canda tried to open a business account with his EIN number, but at the time of opening bank account, he was asked to present ITIN. Can you update ITIN ?

now imported questions applicant not in usa on that time who will do that all these thing specially bank account

So, what if the person has a 1 130 going? They won't be able to visit here during this process from overseas? Can you answer this. Can I submit the investment funds from an existing business bank account in my home country rather than my personal account? thanks Michael, awesome video on E2 end-2-end! Can you clarify logic behind investments, please? 1. I developed 4 niche websites for US market on my own 3 years ago, they are worth ci. 25k$ (estimated by top action sites), yet do not generate any income as need to kick off business. 2. On top of above aiming to invest now 30k$ (E2 investment) on marketing and to buy another US focused active online website/business that generates 1k$ p/mo. Will point 1 with 4 websites I developed earlier that are estimated ci. 25k$ count toward overall investment? (I did work full time on them so it's time investement and business potential) or it's only the second point of 30k$ that can be used for E2 purposes? Please, kindly feedback here if you had similar experience / cases and I can use point 1 (estimate worth of 4 websites 25k$) towards total investments?

How a foreign investor can open a Business Bank Account without SSN. Lets say Bank of America one can full fill all of their requirements for business bank account as a foreign investor they have listed on their site except SSN. They want you to provide SSN. Mercury is something people use I don’t know if visa officer would be comfortable with that. You didn’t mention anything regarding that how one can get through this blocker.

@@kholi1240 b1 is business visitor visa which is similar to tourist visa or you can say B1/B2 is the same category. Usually B1/B2 visa is for 5 years multiple entry with 6 months of stay per entry. On the other hand E2 visa is an investor visa where you have to open a new business and invest like $50k+ or buy a business and you get a visa for 5 years. There is no entry issue on E2.
