Hello Micheal thanks for this lovely information. How do I approach the message from USCIS: your appeal was dismissed and your case remains denied. There was no message of denial and no appeal was ever made at any time.

Can you use multiple forms to apply for a visa? For example EB-2 National interest waiver and DIV visa?

Can small private firms sponsor employees from foreign countries too, what's the minimum size for the firms?

Would commitment to active combat roles in the USMC (or US armed forces for the matter) qualify me for an EB2 NIW. spilling blood on behalf of the US seems to me like it's in the national interest, especially that I exceed every requirement by far. Hi Michael! Great question. The time it takes depends on multiple factors. For example, if the petitioner is a U.S. citizen the process can be much faster than if the petitioner is a lawful permanent resident. Also, if the petitioner is a lawful permanent resident, then the beneficiaries country of birth will impact the overall length of time that it will take for them to get the green card.
