I've seen the screen at a different color indicating my location is busy, what I'd like to know is if it is indeed busy why does it take 30 minutes to get a dash order to accept.....

In my experience it said that in the B.S. when I was signing up.......but,.... I've noticed that they do kick you better orders if you get to Top Dasher and you don't have to skip as many orders
