He also forgot to let everyone know one important step. Since 4c is the tightest it needs constant moisture. If you want to train your 4c hair to be effortlessly curly, you must deep condition it every week or other week. Deep condition with heat for at least 30-45 mins also with an essential oil for extra softness. The heat opens up your pores and hair follicles allowing you to absorb every bit of moisture and nutrients from the conditioner. If you have a blow dryer buy the hooded cap attachment that way you can connect it to the blow dryer and boom. It’s exactly the same concept as the hooded hair dryers in the professional salons! Not only that but take biotin if need be, make sure you drink water and maintain a healthy diet. Can’t be eating unhealthy and expect your body to produce great results on the outside!

I know this video is old but as you separate the two trend twist you can also put oils on your hands before hand. So that when you unravel the twists they still stay defined. Other than that this video was entertaining 🤣 and informative. I need to try this!
