Very similar to what you said but a bit diff; a tip I have which is something I do is to keep a document/record somehow of questions you’re getting wrong. I use Notion with the toggle feature so it’s question and answer, or you can use screenshots of the exam questions and mark schemes on PowerPoint slides or put them on flashcards etc. But having a place to go to when you simply want to focus on things you’ve gotten wrong in the past without going through tons and tons of papers I find really helpful and I test myself on these before the exams :))

SMART. I’ll definitely be implementing this next year. Currently I just make flashcards on any incorrect questions but they just get lost almost my decks :/

Npp, I use the kerboodle textbooks for chem and bio, and for maths the official pearson textbook, all of which was given to us by the school

Also for the essay if anyone is applying to Biology at top unis then the topics on your personal statement would be perfect for additional out of spec content

Wow the essay that you have written is quite nice and interesting , at the same time it’s well structured and answering the question . Am starting year 12 this September and I have chosen biology . Do the college that you go to teach you on how to write these essays ?

i do everything on goodnotes, so I'd usually save as PDF and airdrop it to my ipad, then it automatically goes to goodnotes

Hi Nouman, you know for gcse maths, lets say you do a past paper and you get a question wrong, how do I find out what topic it is because i struggle on finding the name

Going to take A-level biology, chemistry and maths online this September, had to take 2 years off of school after secondary due to unfortunate circumstances, im trying to get in as much information beforehand and hopefully I do well, my goal is to get into med school.

what practical methods would need to be memorised ?

How would you include diagrams, (etc. handrawn diagrams) into online flashcards (etc. Remnote)? Also, what sort of questions would you ask on one side, and what length and detail of answers would you respond with?

@@NoumanSami I use cgp textbooks instead of revision guides, and I believe that there is more information on the cgp textbooks than the revision guides, so I wondering if that would make a difference or not

Hii... Im starting my a levels soon and coincidentally I've chosen the a levels same as yours and hopefully wanting to go into medicine too Inshallah, however I've been thinking lately to change maths and instead choose psychology, (as i believe im quite weak in maths and might not do as well) do you believe most majority of medical schools will still be open to me with these 3? Thank You

yes, most (if not all, i cannot remember) will still accept those subjects and so if you want to do psychology, go ahead. You may even change your mind a few months in, which is fine as well. Whatever subject you choose, make sure that you'll be able to do well in it to pull off a good grade in the end. I do have to say that a lot of the maths in a level maths overlaps with a level biology, and a level chem becomes a lot more mathsy as well. But obviously choose the a levels you feel more comfortable with.

@@ayesha1041same im starting y12 this sept and doing bio chem and psychology, if u got a 7 in maths gcse, definitely do psychology, also if uve always been weak at maths and its not a strong subject, dont risk doing maths, safer side is psychology. For me out of the 14 dental school, only 2 wouldnt accept me for doing psychology, dw options without maths will always be open. Dont choose something for the sake of it, u wouldnt want to both regret and struggle 😅

Would u say alevel bio is possible to do in one year?
