Should I learn to air using a rope first?

No. Holding the rope longer never gets you into your natural surf position. You are relying on a false sense of security. Drop the rose as soon as you can to get into your natural surf stance then you can start to air.

Actually I want to know doing the air is pop the back foot or front foot or both foot，and Ollie also!!!!!!

Its like an Ollie motion yes. Just remember not to swing wide before an air. Its going to kill your speed.
