Does K11 teach you anything about how to break through different training plateaus, how periodise your hypertrophy training or strength training??? No! Such an overrated Academy that they teach you to be arrogant! Most of their exercise selection also goes against international protocols 0:53 because they teach only one aspect "in the line of gravity" concept about resistance curve but they ignore strength curve because they are clueless! Look at their educational background in Fitness: none of them possess a degree in exercise science. All are just diplomas. Most Academies in India are pathetic!

Protein is not necessary if you are non vegetarian think try to complete your protein content with foods and if you are left with some protein everyday add whey protein. Never trust gym trainers recommend unless well researched. See even if you are vegetarian or non vegetarian if you can get complete from protein from your food then you don't need whey but if you are getting tired of eating too much or you are always can't reach your daily protein goal always you can whey protein as convenience. Using whey protein is natural because whey is made up of milk so ignore some people who don't know what whey protein so they ask to be natural. Ignore misconceptions.

I believe if you can take care of the fiber, vitamins, minerals, and the energy that you get from consuming carbs from somewhere else which is sustainable, carbs can be eliminated.
