Hey Trent quick question, I have no bachelor but managed to get a job as an account exec at a construction company with minimal sales experience. To what degree would a software sales employer value my experience working with this company, and how many years of experience would I need in this position to make the career switch?

You won't perform the way you're expected to if you're not into the product or service you're selling. Maybe you'll scoot by for a bit, but the best advice here is to find a product or service you truly beleive in and feel it's impact.
