Sorry to say Sir you are talking in air. Building trust may take decades and even may not bring fruits at the end. It's the case of unemployment not something you speak about your experience. I am sorry to say but it's fact. It may work in rare cases but in general this advice is not relevant.Advice must me really live and inspired.
