Tools: 5/8" open-ended wrench, 5/16" nut driver, Phillips screwdriver, 1/4" nut driver, needlenose pliers.

You can do this whole job from the front on the ground, having to uninstall a dishwasher is typically a more difficult than it looks here in an open warehouse so its waaayy easier to do it on the ground from the front. Also the UI board goes bad with it most of the time, replace both.

Taking the whole dishwasher off is too time consuming for this job.

Agreed. I was able to do this job from the front on the ground. There is no need for all this other unnecessary disassembly

@lifesacrifice I believe it's a "user interface" board - it's the one that lives behind the control panel along the top.

Agreed, no need to pull out dishwasher, you can do it from the ground.. take way less time to do...🤔

@@appliancepartspros actually yes! Replacing the module with a new one is not turning on the dishwasher. There seems to be a blinking led light (green) but when trying to touch any button nothing work. Any suggestions?

WD21X24901 is a different part.
Is this the same part as WD21X24901C? What's the difference between this and C?

WD21X24901 is the original part number, it's been redesigned and replaced by WD21X24901C.
