I have a question, Mandi Lynn. I know that you have a book cover service that you provide, but do you have a book promotion video service as well? I've seen Bethanny's book video and I'd kill for something like it, and I know you have a video on how to make one yourself, but I'm a total techno-phobe without any computer skills in need of some who knows what they're doing. Do Draft 2 Digital charge for this software? You show it being used to produce an EPUB file for distributing elsewhere. Do they charge you for that? If you distribute through them, does that cost money?

I dont like the Fonts and Font size of Draft2digital. It also changed the line spacing . I did all the formatting in MS Word and D2D changed all that upon upload. What can i do if i wish to retain my formatting?

Have you ever added a "text message" in your text? I've had a hard time separating a text message from the regular text.

2 days ago amazon closed my account. I don't know the reason. I never did anything wrong on purpose. I sent them 2 e-mails to inquire about the issue. I haven't received any response yet. I'm really sorry. I came across your online book markets comparison video while in an anxiety state. There was hope. I'm not an American, I don't know anything about American markets. English is my second language and I've been fighting to exist on amazon for 4 months. I watched hundreds of videos to improve myself and this sad situation happened to me. What is "draft to digital"? Is that a program I need to buy?

I have a question about your course please; I'm scanning pages from a old book, with line drawings, text blocks etc. to reformat. I used to do this in AA DC. Do you cover this in your course? Thank you

The course only covers how to import a Word document and format it in InDesign. If you wanted to do that, you’d have to convert it to a Word document first

On Amazon I cant seem to get my text to fit inside the pages when i launch a preview sometimes the text bleeds over into the next page ?? how do i change this

My editor has fixed some errors in my ebook. How do I upload the new one on Draft2Digital and replace the previous one?

You'll need to export it as a .docx file and upload it to Draft2Digital
