Hard drive unreadable after using recovery key. Any suggestions? In disk management it shows bitlocker encrypted on the drive

I was in a big trouble when I formatted my C drive (system drive) and my other drives like D, E and F were locked by bitlocker and I didn't know the recovery key. After some trial and error, I finally was able to unlock those drive without losing the data. Here is how you can also unlock your drives: (You need to have a dell laptop) -Restart system and enter a BIOS mode (Keep pressing F12 if you are a dell user. For other manufacturers, key might get differ). -After entering BIOS, you will see an option called 'SupportAssist OS Recovery' and press enter. -Choose option RESET (This will re-install the factory operation system that came with the system when you had bought it) -After choosing RESET, you will see 2 options: Reset to factory setting and Reset and update. -Choose Reset to factory setting (You might want to take back up of your C drive if there are any important files stored on your desktop, documents, downloads, etc. because this will format your C drive (where windows is installed) and will re-install the factory OS.) -It will take 15-20 mins and you are done! -You will be asked setup your system (like new). -Once it is done, you will see that your locked drives have been unlocked successfully and data is still there in the drives as you left. THIS IS HOW IT WORKED FOR ME. I'M POSTING THIS IN ORDER TO HELP SOMEONE WHO IS FACING THE SIMILAR ISSUE.

This doesn't work. I get no option in Windows 10 to manage BitLocker on/off. All I get by using the Command Prompt are a Numerical Password, a Password and a Data Recovery Agent with Certificate Thumbprint. Now what do I do? None of these are the 48 digit key required.

It doesn't work and it might be either because it would lose any meaning of encryption...

Bitlocker can’t detect the key, I even have doubts since I saw that there’s something hidden inside the USB you’re using am sure it’s where u saved the recovery key and trying to lie to us this is the technic
