That’s the best explanation bcz every time i made by cutting the sheet like samosa pati it goes wrong I mean to say material gone spread in oil or may oil absorb in pati so it makes my effort worth… thank you so much

Very nice. I love these egg roll wrappers, it has a great crunch
I like your method this way. Because I like the dough to be double up so when you bite it’s super crispy and crunchy. Because it will have extra sheet folding in. Best way♥️ thank you for sharing and caring

Yes you can bake it on 180°c for 30 min apply light oil with brush before bake

Melted butter works even better, especially coated on the finished samosa and cooked in the oven!

Thank you for this. But I find Springroll pastry very oily after frying. I wonder if air frying will yield the same results

I think it’s good for same day consumption only, I made rolls with gujiya filling but couldn’t eat it the next day, the covering became very hard

In France from any Chinese store like tange frere aur any Arabian or sirilankan shop. In Canada from metro store and Walmart and maxi England ka mujhay sahey sai nae pta you can check in Arabian or Chinese store too

In the end you can deep fry the samosas or even you bake it 180°c pre heated oven for 15 min

Why wasting such a big sheet? Cut one sheet into two equal halves , make two samosas out of one sheet . I do the same and it works!!

These spring roll pastry sheets are too thin for samosa use so using one whole piece may be better. I will try it. Actual samosa pastry bought from Indian grocery stores are quite expensive comparatively.

This is actually great...samosa's usually open during frying process..but this would make it thick and wouldn't open during frying
